Veronika Gant had the pleasure of working with Shahrzad, her husband, and their adorable puppy in her photography studio for their maternity session. Shahrzad arrived at the studio looking radiant and full of excitement, with her husband ready to participate in any way he could. Their puppy was also more than happy to join in on the fun.
The session started with some traditional poses, capturing the beauty of Shahrzad’s baby bump and the love between the couple. But as they progressed, the session became more playful and relaxed. One of the highlights was when they asked the couple to hold their puppy and give him kisses. The puppy was thrilled to be part of the session and added an extra element of cuteness to the photos.
Shahrzad and her husband were easy to work with, open to any ideas and willing to try different poses and expressions. It made for a fun and creative session, resulting in stunning images.
When the session finished, Shahrzad and her husband were thrilled with the photos. They commented on how much they loved the images and how happy they were that they included their puppy in the session.
In conclusion, working with Shahrzad, her husband, and their puppy was an absolute pleasure for Veronika Gant. It was an honor to capture such a special moment in their lives and to see the excitement and anticipation of first-time parents. The resulting images are a beautiful reminder of this joyous time in their lives.
We’re delighted to showcase Regina’s stunning maternity photos, captured by the talented Veronika Gant. Regina journeyed from Virginia to have her portraits taken, filled with both excitement and nerves. However, Veronika and her team ensured she felt comfortable and beautiful throughout the session. We feel incredibly fortunate to have such wonderful clients who place their trust in us. Veronika often expresses her gratitude, saying, “It’s a privilege and an honor to be a part of each client’s life. These images will live on through generations, even after I’m gone.”
Veronika captured Regina’s images against a seamless white backdrop, later adding texture during post-processing. The elegant gown was crafted on-site using two pieces of silk fabric adorned with a lovely floral pattern. Regina eagerly anticipated her Vogue Maternity session, choosing a soft pink hue for both the backdrop and dress. Here’s a sneak peek at some of her favorite shots from the session.
This captivating portrait was produced using the High-Key Lighting technique, which requires a white backdrop to achieve the desired outcome.
And finally our Vogue Maternity Session
We want to share modern maternity portraits of Jasmin and her beautiful family. Veronika already photographed a mommy & me session with Jasmin with her first baby Gia. And this time, they came to celebrate their second upcoming bundle of joy.
Here is a collection of the portraits they created together.
Alyssa and her husband requested a simple standard look with a white backdrop which is very trendy, and Veronika photographed this look almost every day. Besides this setup, Veronika asked Alyssa if she would model for the new look she visioned, and Alyssa gave her the time and last energy she had to make it happen for her. Veronika is grateful for all those clients who let her try all her visions and ideas.
So we begin with the standard maternity session Alyssa originally booked, and here are their favorite images.
Juliet and her husband Franklin visited our studio to create unforgettable memories from their first pregnancy. Veronika decided to use a new ash-blue fabric for the first part of the session. Also, she used a light gray seamless backdrop.
This following look is trendy, and lots of our clients are requesting it.
Veronika continued with a seamless light gray backdrop, and Juliet wore our Angelina dress.
Then we changed the backdrop to a light beige texture. With the lighting technique, Veronika achieved the background to be more dramatic.
We want to share with you maternity portraits of beautiful mommy-to-be Maddy. Veronika photographed Maddy on a white, dark gray backdrop and, in the last 30 min., was about the Vogue maternity look. Together they created these beautiful portraits.
For the first set of images on the white backdrop, Veronika used light beige fabric and our popular white Vanessa gown for the second set of images.
Veronika continued with the white backdrop, but the lighting she used for the following set turned the backdrop light gray. Maddy is wearing an Angelina gown.
Maddy loves our red fabric with dark gray backdrop.
And here are Maddy’s favorite portraits from the VOGUE maternity look.
Nesha and her family came to us from Houston to capture their pregnancy. We photographed for the first time on the beautiful blue seamless backdrop. Nesha selected our Star gown, and this is how it looks nice together with a deep blue background.
We are proud to share Emily’s maternity portraits by San Antonio photographer Veronika Gant. Veronika photographed Emily on a white backdrop in a one-hour session, and she achieved these looks for Emily.
The first look Veronika used simple white fabric to create these romantic and glowy portraits of Emily. This type of photography is trendy for maternity portraiture because it communicates pure beauty and how beautiful you can glow during pregnancy. This type of lighting is also gorgeous as the B&W version.
The second look Veronika continued with the same lighting, but Emily changed the gown. (name of the gown is Avantgarde)
After this look, Veronika changed the lighting setup and used ash blue silk fabric to create this beautiful gown.
Veronika photographed a total of 147 images during this hour, and all these portraits you see in this gallery are Emily’s favorite images she selected.
