Can I reserve a maternity dress for a future date?
Absolutely! You can reserve a maternity dress in advance. Simply select the start date as the day you’d like the gown to be picked up.
What is the condition of the gowns, fabrics?
All gowns at Maternity Dress Rental are thoroughly cleaned and inspected before each rental. We ensure they are in excellent or gently used condition. If a gown no longer meets our standards, it is removed from inventory.
What should I do if the gown doesn’t fit or has an issue?
Inspect your gown as soon as it arrives. If you notice any quality issues or receive the wrong gown, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include photos of the unworn garment and the inventory tag. We’ll work to resolve the issue by providing a replacement, if available, or a similar gown.
How long can I keep the gown?
Our standard rental period is 3 days from your selected start date. The gown must be return back by 5 PM on the rental end date. For example you pick up the gown on Monday February 4th and return on February 6th by 5 PM.
What happens if I return the gown late?
Late returns are subject to a $35 per day late fee, up to 200% of the gown’s retail value.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order unless the gown has already being pick up in person. Orders canceled after in person pick up are non-refundable.
What if the gown, fabrics gets damaged?

Minor damage (small rips, loose beads, etc.): A repair fee will be charged.

Major damage (irreparable tears, severe stains, etc.): You will be charged up to 200% of the gown’s retail cost to cover replacement and potential lost rentals.
Can I use the gowns in water or outdoor settings?
Gowns and fabrics are not permitted for use in water due to the risk of permanent damage, including stains, mud, or mold. Outdoor use is allowed, but we recommend taking precautions to avoid excessive soiling or damage.
What happens if I don’t return the gown in its garment bag or do not return the hanger?
A $10 replacement fee will be charged if the garment bag is not returned with the gown.
How do I care for the gown during the rental period?
Handle the gown with care to avoid stains or damage. If spills occur, blot gently and avoid using cleaning products, which could worsen the damage. Return the gown in its original condition to avoid additional fees.
