  • Keep It Simple: A 6-inch round cake or cupcake-style cake is ideal.

  • Matching Cake Board: Ask your baker to match the cake board to the size of the cake or ensure it’s no more than an inch larger. This ensures it fits seamlessly on the cake stand without needing adjustments.

If you would like more portraits of your baby without cake you can add on 1st – Birthday Portrait Session to your Cake Smash Session. Portrait session itself helps babies warm up to the camera and the environment. Once the cake comes out, it’s all about fun, laughter, and capturing those adorable moments!
